Whew--I am tired~ Evening Update

Worked all day on my office (new name for my "room")  cos it's Cccclllllean!!!   take a look at my Messy and Clean photos--

Above is my Scrapbook supply closet ~ and this is my work table w/ Mr. Cricut somewhere there too!  It is a definite "hot spot" as FlyLady says.

After some decluttering- still needs more and moving my albums to another

room. I am much happier with this space.  It feels sooo good in here.  Now to

keep it this way.  Clutter~ you give it an inch.....yep, you know the rest!

Went to Corey and Kaseys for supper tonight.  She tried a new recipe - Enchilada Casserole.  Very tasty.  We were suppose to go to play cards at Vondas tonight -  but Sharon rescheduled that to Saturday night, since Dave had surgery yesterday and she wanted to go visit.  He is waiting to hear if it was cancer (brain) or not. Also checking the lungs.  We really need to pray hard for him and for the family.

To end on a good note.   Mya K smiled at me tonight for the first time.  An honest to goodness real smile.  She was looking at me and I was talking to her. and 'gasp'  Kasey and I said,   "She smiled!!  She can smile!" and it was not gas either.  then, she did it again.  A great big smile at Nawna...then the hiccups...

It made my day...and I am glad her momma was there too.  I hope it made her happy.  She really knows  her mommas voice...

The smile is the beginning of being a social person and eventually a huge body of people will have experienced that smile but for now it is yours alone. When we feel fraught and bowed down by the hard work of a new baby, the power of those first smiles never cease to win us over.

For this gramma, it was pure joy to see her, after all she has been through~ to have a smile for us.  I love you, Mya.  God has blessed us by watching over you.

Kolby ~ 3rd grade.....this grammas gonna watch the baby cos I don't like em getting hurt. But the game  is fun too!!   Go Panthers!!
